With one boutique located in the heart of Waikiki and one in Kaneohe at the Windward Mall; they attract visitors from all over the world.

At Today's Little People you may discover rare finds like 20" sea life creatures, porcelain hula dolls, real grass skirts, one of a kind outfits, classic hawaiian story books, singing bears, and much more.

Everyone is encouraged to explore, touch, and play with the hundreds of items inside the store.

This company was formed in 1991 by two sisters, who were born and raised in Kailua, on the island of Oahu. After careful market study, Pat and Laurie found that a children's specialty shop was needed in Waikiki.

As the two sisters developed a company philosophy and concept, they decided it was most important to have a FUN store, an entertaining atmosphere with unique and educational products. High quality and locally made merchandise is a top priority.

They avoid the souvenir look items found everywhere in Waikiki. Many clothing items are designed specifically for Today's Little People and cannot be found anywhere else.

Both Pat and Laurie have extensive retail experience; Pat in merchandising contemporary adult clothing & accessories, Laurie in operations of multiple swimwear shops. A perfect partnership was formed combining opposite skills and personality traits.

Pat jokes that she never had a childhood and Laurie jokes that she never grew up....
